Blogging my way through life

Live Anywhere

Daily writing prompt
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be a place where I feel at home. I’m not thinking cities or states or countries or continents right now. I’m thinking, home.

I want to live where people care. I want to live where people clean up after themselves. I want to live where people seek the truth. I want to live where people revere God. I want to live where there are trees and a lot of grass. I want to live where there is direct and indirect sun in my yard. I want to live where there is a majestic tree with a branch that can hold a swing or two. I want to live where there is good health care. I want to live where someone takes care of me.

I want to live where I write from home. I want to live where I am a writer. I want to live where I park my car off the road. I want to live where I take walks. I want to live where I take naps on a blanket in the yard. I want to live where I have an outdoor dinner party with a long table and lights overhead. I want to live where I hear God crystal clear. I want to live where he will cook for me. I want to live where he will do the repairs. I want to live he will conversate with me. I want to live where he will love me, touch me, hold me, kiss me, adore me. I want to live where he makes me laugh (and cry).

I want to live where I breathe in fresh air. I want to live where I drink good water. I want to live where I can bathe in a shower or tub. I want to live in an open concept space. I want to live where all the rooms are the same room. I want to live where my children love me. I want to live where I am accepted, faults and all. I want to live where I am loved unconditionally. I want to live where I can see my grandchildren more than a few times a year. I want to live where I feel the most confident of myself. I want to live where my voice is heard. I want to live where my guards are down.

I want to live where money is no object. I want to live where I am free. I want to live with ample sunlight. I want to live where there are no curtains on the windows. I want to live where I am relaxed. I want to live where I am the most authentic. I want to live where I read without distraction. I want to live where I write without distraction. I want to live where writing is my profession. I want to live where people know what I write. I want to live where what I write helps at least one person in some way. I want to live where I help people know who Jesus Christ is and that He saves us from our sin.

I want to live where it is clean. I want to live minimally. I want to live simply. I want to live where I afford the cost of living. I want to live where I am not concerned with what people think about me. I want to live where I go confidenty in the direction of my dreams. I want to live where I dream. I want to live where I make mistakes and learn from them. I want to live where I easily communicate with my talking voice. I want to live where I feel comfortable to talk. I want to live where I am myself, fully and freely.

Hi!

I’m Monica

Welcome to my personal blog!

I’m a born-again Christian and a woman of faith from Buffalo, NY. I’ve earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Buffalo State University. My goal is to is to share my thoughts, insights, reflections, perspectives, opinions, and personal experiences with the world through writing.

In my spare time I like to color, read, watch movies, and see what’s happening in social media. For exercise, I like to walk and bike ride. I’ve dabbled in different creative outlets such as rock painting and painting on canvas. I like to try new things like viral social media recipes.

The posts in this blog are unique in it that may take a few paragraphs or just a few words or sentences to get my thoughts across. I especially love when God shows up and my personal experiences and insights reflect the teachings of the Bible.

Enjoy your visit and come back soon!
